Lots of people are smart and strategic. Far fewer combine smarts and strategy with common sense, the ability to read a room and a healthy measure of humility. Rob is one of the few. I first met Rob through cycling — what else? — and then had the pleasure of working with him at SAIT. He delivered thoughtful and effective workshops to help my team plan and adapt to a period of intense organizational change. I also watched him collaborate across the institution to develop important new programs and initiatives. I continue to be impressed by Rob’s commitment to improving his own skills and experience so that he can help others do the same.
